Keystead ("Keystead Property Office," "we," "us") is operated by McDubin Investments LLC, North Carolina. Keystead is an AI-powered service that landlords use to run their own rentals. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who sees it.
Information we collect
- Your name, phone number, and email address.
- The address of the property you rent or manage.
- Repair details you give us, such as what is wrong and when it started.
- Recordings or transcripts of calls and text conversations with the office.
- Photos you or a vendor send about a repair.
How we use it
- To handle repair requests and other tenant questions.
- To schedule visits and confirm who is coming and when.
- To send updates, confirmations, reminders, and verification links.
- To verify who is calling before we share account details.
- To keep a record of each request and each entry to a property.
- To keep the service safe and working.
Who we share it with
We share information only with:
- the landlord of the property involved;
- the vendor assigned to that specific job; and
- service providers that help us run Keystead, such as telephony and SMS (for example, Twilio), email, and hosting.
We never sell your information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We text you about your requests and visits. See our SMS Terms for how to opt in, opt out, and get help.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as the landlord's tenancy and service relationship needs it, plus a reasonable period afterward for records, disputes, and legal duties. We then delete it or make it anonymous. Ask us if you want something deleted sooner, and we will tell you what we can and cannot remove.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and limits on who can see what. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Write to us at the address below. To stop text messages, reply STOP.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.
