These terms cover the text messaging program "Keystead Property Office," operated by McDubin Investments LLC, North Carolina, for landlords, tenants, and vendors.

• Maintenance and repair updates.
• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Verification links.
• Vendor job links.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

You agree to receive texts in one of these ways:

• through the texting clause in your lease;
• by giving us your number when you call or text the office; or
• by giving us your number on a rental application.

Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency, cost, and carriers

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we will send one message to confirm, and then no more texts. If you opt out, call the office for urgent repair needs.
